Hotel L'Oiseliere Montmagny

The pool and spa area was absolutly beautifull with all plants decoration. Peacefull as well. The restaurant have very professionnal cooks I think. Food was very good at a good price.

Opening window and comfortable chairs to watch the world series. When I asked for robes they gave me a couple for use at the pool.

The hot tub was NOT hot, we had to go to the sauna to get warm after being in the hot tub for 15 minutes we didn't try the pool. there was a sign asking you to shower before entering we could not find a shower anywhere except our room which was a long way away. I would not recommend a pool facing room it would smell like pool and be noisy. We booked this room because of the pool next time I would book cheaper and save my time.

Everything was great, parking …beds were very comfortable. We had two dinners in the restaurant which were delicious. The best meals we had on our whole trip!

We were a bit troubled by the a/c but it was ok in the end.

The location was easy to get to. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a fabulous dinner in the dining room. The front desk staff were nice and informative.

Outside landscaping was nice

It basically was a motel but charged for good hotel price! It was rundown motel from 90s feeling. It was stuffy and bed smelled inside even that day was so cooldown outside already. Pool was not feel clean and hot tub had sand on the bottom. Yuck feeling.

The room was large and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Pool and hot tub were great. Restaurant attached was awesome.

the restaurant was very under staffed. the staff that were there trying very hard to keep up but it is a large restaurant and only 2 servers and a hostess working. It was an expensive meal with very poor service.

Hotel staff very friendly. The indoor pool is spectacular Food top notch.

The pools and indoor garden were great, the room was spacious and the furniture was nice. The staff was professional and proactive. The restaurant was good. We will definitely return.

We didn't find any a/c controller and it was a bit hot (but maybe that's just us) and the balconies of the rooms next to the outdoor pool were a little outdated.

The spa and pool were lovely.

Room 506. It was overlooking the underside of a fire escape with a wall and the back of a warehouse. It was the only room with a window like this partially subterranean. It smelled like cigarettes and we couldn’t use the AC because the air it blew smelled like vinegar. The beds were the most uncomfortable we ever slept on. After a 1108km drive we were too exhausted to complain and switch rooms. There were at least a half dozen empty rooms we could have had but for reasons unknown we were assigned this dated stucco walled dumpster fire of a room. I will never go back. They graciously refunded me 40$. What a terrible way to end a vacation.

We had difficulty with our TV, however, the facilities team member was very helpful! We were also travelling back from the East Coast and the staff were extremely helpful in refrigerating our lobster we were transporting back with us! overall, the rooms were good size, clean and comfortable!

That we didnt stay longer!
