Noise, bad smell in the room, breakfast...in fact everything.

Spacious family room with wifi and close to the water.

You could hear all the footsteps and people talking in the hallway. The photos were nicer than what the room looks like.

Good location, quality furniture, large parking spot right in front of the room, very welcoming person at reception

Located at a good reachable spot of town. Lots of parking space and helpfull staff.

The opening times of the lobby were not correct. It should have been open 24h a day but it closed at 10 pm. The wifi was not working that well in the rooms that were further away from the lobby.

Bad Check in service, not friendly. Bad location. Too expensive for the quality of service and quality of room.

It is not accessible friendly. While the property does not have elevator, the staff more than compensated for it. It will be good to have an elevator.

I was very disappointed! I got in Matane around 7:30 PM and the doors to the hotel were locked and I was unable to check in!! I had to go look for another hotel.

Great staff, room was clean & bed was comfortable. Great price and beautiful location. Love that pets are permitted.

No designated parking spot so our view was someone's pickup truck parked in front of our door. Screen door did not lock so could not get any air all night.

Didn't realize we would be in main building on second floor.(have knee injury)Since it was only one night didn't ask to be changed.Next time I will ask for a ground floor room. No air conditioning but floor fan did the job.
