The window in my room was broken and couldn't close properly. It was also raining and windy, and the rain was coming into the room. They changed my room, but one of the front desk staff was rude as hell and treated me like I was the difficult one.

Unpleasant, dismissive checkin staff. Dirty used looking towels and insect / roach crawling on floor

Spacious room, comfortable beds and very, very clean.

Wish sauna and pool were open a bit later as we were unable to enjoy either because we did not get ba k ti the hotel till 10:00pm.

Room size, cleaning, and modern style. The room and bathroom were very big.

I didn't like the Breakfast server's attitude.

Location is far to downtown and there is no nearby descent restaurants or cafes.

Good location near the airport but noisy if you are close to street/highway

Rooms are very dated, furniture has seen better days

It was clean and the restaurant food was delicious. Buffet table for breakfast in the morning was cold and way to expensive

One staff member was rude to me , and there was no need , I was not my fault the coffee machine did not work

Comfortable bed and clean room

Overcharge for small pet. No treats for pet or blanket.no dog walk.no complimentary breakfast. Terrible tv options. No radio even.

Having the suite as a room was very nice.

On our last day the hotel went under construction in our hallway on the 4th floor. We went about our day and came back to the hotel to find that they moved our room to the 2nd floor without notice from the staff. We then had to pack everything up.

It was clean and professional courteous staff. Quiet could not hear any planes even though very close to airport. Easy to get to major highways making getting around easier.

No pamphlets of any kind to let us know about any services Eg room service or pool hours etc. it was kind of expensive considering.

The extra space, sofa, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. Walking to several restaurants a block away.

The fan in the bathroom and the window A/C are both very noisy. Since this is an airport hotel, if you are a tourist spending time in downtown Montreal, you will be spending an hour+ each way waiting for the airport shuttle, and bus to the city.

Clean and tidy hotel. Friendly staff.

The breakfast menu was very expensive!!!! The hot tub didn¿t function properly. It seamed like there wasn¿t enough water.

Staff a5 front desk courteous and helpful Room was perfect for a quick overnight Location was excellent

Toilet seat broken Fridge was not cold enough ( we had fruit with us ) and

Adequate. Good price and took dogs!

Corridors were really quite dirty. Did not smell or look clean

Close to airport very convenient

Our first room we selected had a very loud noise coming out of bathroom wall staff couldn't explain why so they changed rooms. Other room was ok except for the outside traffic noise at 2:30 am

No provisions for Disabled Fire Alarm sounded at bedtime. No help to get off 4th floor. I was stranded. Left messages for Hotel Managers to call us about this. They did not. Last day room not cleaned, dirty towels, garbage & no coffee. Told must request.

The furniture sofa and table were visibly not clean

very pleasant hotel near the airport. Clean and quiet. Free video games a very nice touch
