Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lac-Megantic

La propreté et l’accueil.

Le déjeuner est tres bas de gamme, nous suggèrerons plus de variété dans les pâtisseries, les fruits et la qualité du café.

It was very quiet right in the center of town easy to access all

The shower floor was a little slippery when wet

rien

The location was very convenient and the staff was excellent.

Personnel

Everything was great.

friendly bilingual staff. clean modern facilities. Decent breakfast

It was very clean.

The TV was broken and unusable in the gym. The towels were frayed. There were no real breakfast items like bacon, sausage, or eggs that were warm. I tried looking up the breakfast options before we booked but the website for the hotel on stated that breakfast was included and no other info was provided. We were sent an email to provide our expected checkout time which included up until noon at no extra cost. We received a phone call at 11:15. That checkout was really at 11 so this was very confusing.

Comfy room, clean and friendly stuff.

No hot breakfast is a pity. Funny stuff in the fridge.. could provide porridge packages at least, and some else hot breakfast like eggs..,Slippers in the room would be pleasant

The hotel was very clean ; the beds super comfortable ; mini fridge and microwave plus a good breakfast. Last but certainly not least - the staff were wonderful.

Unfortunately there was a busload of travellers that arrived with lots of people so there was some noise as our room was right beside the elevator … and they were an animated group.

Location. Cleanliness. Great check-in. Comfortable room. Good heat and shower. Quiet.

Nothing!

(Stayed early September, ie low season) Spacious room, very clean, quiet, well located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Smooth checkin. Can't ask for more. Recommended without hesitation.

Location was excellent. Room and hotel were clean and breakfast was also good.

It was noisy at night. I considered calling the front desk at 10:45 pm to ask the people above my room to quiet down on Monday night. By 11 pm, it was quiet.

The hotel was excellent. Felt like it was brand new; did not check if it was or not. The town was lovely for walking, bike riding, kayaking. We will certainly return. New favorite vacation spot!

Nothing to complain about.

The building is new, location is great. I liked the room, the bed and the shower. Free parking as well.

A bit of a rant, but I think the breakfast was a kind of dull. Not asking for much, but some fried eggs, sausages and decaf would make it much better.

Free EV charging station. Comfortable. Nice desk attendant.

Included beakfast was pretty barebone.

Great location, helpful staff, super clean room!

Had to ask for anything extra but they were happy to provide. Example, there was only 1 kcup for two people, no extra blankets.

Location, new and clean

Says breakfast included And shows the pics but it’s a bag in fridge and very misleading
