Beds were comfortable. River and park were very nice. Enough storage space. Best if all a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Control for shower fell off and there was no way to tell where hot and cold were. No water provided for room. No restocking if coffee pods as the room is only cleaned every two days. While there was a view of the river , you had to look past an air conditioning unit below the room. Also difficult to find some place to eat outside the hotel.Brunch was to be at 1000-1200 as per the wedding invitation. At 0910, was told that brunch was from 0900-1000.

Dinner at the restaurant was good

Would have preferred to order individual breakfast. Buffet breakfast too expensive for an everyday breakfast when travelling

What we need for a night!

The attitude of some staff. Disappointed dining room was closed. Bar staff not food waitress. Just did her job. We were given the wrong key and staff rude on replacing it. Thought we had an upscale place but n our eastern Canada trip but felt othwise as we left. Not that I hoped to say!

with the hotel quite full, they don’t keep their restaurant open on Sunday evening !

The bed was very comfortable. And the AC was quiet and well spread. The in-room coffee was also good.

The hotel could be more modern.

Wonderful location; easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and the museum, with gorgeous views of the river from both our room and the restaurant.

Was sad to discover there was no spa or pool on site.

Evening meal at the G restaurant was very average. Was not worth what I paid. I had a burger (it had moderately good). I had the Caesar Salad with that and had only 3-4 forkfuls. It was not good. In my opinion, it is ok to include pancetta in the salad but should be cooked first. It was disgustingly chewy. The next morning, had the buffet breakfast which was average. It is unfortunate that no other options (a la carte) were offered.

The location is very nice. Very clean. The personnel is wonderful.

Over priced, Had to wait a long time for the food to be available. The eggs should have been natural instead of packaged.Over all the breakfast was over priced for the quality of the food!

The location, near a river, was fine.

The room on the second floor was next to the air conditioning and ventilation equipment. We couldn't see the river.

The cabin was spacious and comfortable. I love that there is plenty of space for guests to sit and unwind. Unfortunate there is no lake access, but the view is quite lovely.

The nearby river and mill park. The effort to update an older hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure.

It seems a bit expensive, all in it was over $300 for a one night stay with a view of the parking lot and we had to pay for breakfast on top of that. Seemed a bit pricey for what it was.
