Spacious rooms & nice toiletries

Lighting was very aggressive and not soothing, like a surgical room with bright white lights

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good.

I booked a room with a whirlpool, but after check-in, I was told that, since the renovation (hotel was under renovation) there are no more whirlpools. The pool (second reason we booked this hotel) was super-cold & the sauna did not work.

I booked an accessible room with a jacuzzi. No jacuzzi, and the heaviness of the door made it impossible for me to manage with my walker. Thankfully a teen came to my aid. The room door is at an angle, I don't think someone in w wheelchair would cope.

The room was large and it was a nice King sized bed

The Jacuzzi did not function

They did put any water bottles in room, no vending machines for water, no microwave in the room and refrigerator not working. No breakfast included with this price too.

Nothing just the location

Rooms are very basic with not even a phone inside the room to call front desk... what's that about? Carpets in hallway were so dirty and dusty... Room was ok but location of vents or Ac is completely not thought about... and be aware of this bistro...

Clumps of hair in the shower, make up all over the bathroom door. Cleaners tried to enter our room every morning and kept asking if we were checking out. Construction everyday started at 6:30-7:00 in the morning in the hotel and disrupted our sleep.

Washroom lock of room number 231 doesn¿t work. And they should provide toothpaste to customers if needed

I like how close it was to the spa, shopping and groceries

I did not like the Nespresso maker in the room. The jet tub could have been cleaned better.

Railings in the room with a basement door¿..tub drain was clogged

The pool was quite small and the hot tub was not working

The receptionist accommodated me when i cam at 11 am,

I had to ask to be accommodated to check in early then they said we have a room for you, they originally wanted me to wait until 4 pm to check in when actually that was the time i was checking out to continue my journey

Flickering bathroom light, breakfast not included, electric car charger barely worked (charged 7% during an overnight stay?? that's not normal)

Good location and the room itself was good. Staff were ok also.

Biggest complaint was the lack of convenient food and drink. It would be much better if there were 1. Keurig in room 2. Microwave in room 3. Snack offering at the front desk (often hotels have a small room) 4. Working vending machines 5. Breakfa

Pool closes early as we had a late check in .. thought it would be open to relax

Great location close to Ottawa and the casino.

Seemed very short staffed. Restaurant was closed. Spa was closed. Towels and pillows were impossible to come by.

The room was good, the hotel was ok.

The room floor was sticky and dusty wooden floor

What I didn¿t like about the hotel was that I had got charged $155.97 for one night but yet they proceeded to take out another $---out of my credit card so I paid ---$ not including the 79$ they took out for a deposit this is insane bad experience
