Auberge - Motel Le Pigeonnier

The front desk receptionist who had very little English, showed me where to park and which key opened which door. The paperwork has prepared as we arrived and made a smooth transition when arriving and departing.

I wish the desk had paper and pens in order to write down information. I searched everywhere and didn¿t understand why this wasn¿t included.

The family motel is well run and updates have been made to the rooms. It was clean and easy to access. TV, wifi, fridge and microwave all worked well.

It would be lovely to have breakfast offered !

Close to cycle trail,good coffee shop, and micro brewery.

Towels and sheets are a little tired.

The hotel was very clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was an outdoor pool I didn't have time to use but it's nice that it was available. The property is well maintained and the location is convenient.

The rooms were basic and there was no breakfast. The hotel is right on a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy.

This is our 4th stay at Le Pigeonnier on bike trips on Route Verte from Montreal to North Hatley and Quebec.. It is clean and reliable, and the staff are friendly. Fridge and microwave are handy.

It would be useful to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room, and cups. (There are chain coffee shops close by).

Room seemed very clean but somehow my baby found someone else’s sock while crawling around. Rooms were dated.

The motel is located in a quiet place. The suite was clean and was equipment everything we needed. The bed was comfortable.We traveled with a small dog and paid extra fee.

The area was peaceful and well situated. The proprietor was very pleasant to deal with. We had both a very smooth check-in and check-out experience, and no troubles considering we were travelling with our Golden Retriever dog. Extra fee for having our dog with us was not unreasonable unlike some other “dog friendly” hotels.

The nearest restaurant closes at 2pm, and no on-site meal facilities can make this a challenge on dinner choices. Other local restaurants were rather limited in choice.

Great location, we walked into downtown Farnham in the morning. My favorite part was the bespoke weathervane.

Dated decor and a bit run down. It looked a lot nicer in the photos.

This place was a convenient stay for my first night in Quebec. I was only here a few hours so can’t really say more.

It needed a deep as there were cobwebs in the shower.

The place exceeded our expectations. It's old but well maintained, friendly staff and neat. We will definitely be back.

Very old Motel but very well maintained. There was no coffee maker in the room but you can walk across the street to Tim Hortons or McDonalds. The bathroom was Very clean and had nice soft toilet paper.

I don't have anything bad to say about this place...
