The reception staff (gentleman) was top drawer. Very efficient and allowed us early access to our room which was greatly appreciated

Located across the road from the trans Canada highway. Because of this there was considerable traffic noise when out for a walk on the street where the hotel is located.

Hotel employee was AMAZING! So helpful and kind - gave us great recommendations for a place to eat. Excellent customer service and rapport. We also watched her engage with other guests and she is top notch - made the experience so much better!

The couch in the room was pretty beat up and disgusting - discolored, stained and needs to be replaced. The fold out bed was fine and my son slept great on it, but the couch looked like it was way past its prime.

Extremely clean and the staff was extremely welcoming. Made you feel at home.

More breakfast options. I wish they had the meat separate so guest can choose. Example: have bacon, sausage available for people to select and make their own sandwich. Not premade. The container that holds the breakfast don't keep the food warm.

There is a stand a up fridge,(not bar) dishwasher and microwave, they provide utensils, bowls, cups, drinking glasses, and a kettle, the sofa bed is a double and is comfortable, the other bed is a queen. Shower is spacious Breakfast is included worth it.

Noisy, very noisy, absolutely too noisy. Highway with trucks and cars all night, and very loudly closing room doors. The white noise machine says "hey, we know the problem". It was way too noisy nonetheless.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Lots of good restaurants in the immediate area.

No stove top. Hard to plan meals for long stays. Complimentary breakfast is microwave product.

Too noisy, mattress had a huge dip in it which stayed all night, couldn’t sleep! Breakfast was atrocious with very grumpy staff! Coffee was horrible. Very disappointed in this Hilton hotel, a definite 3/10 , will not recommend!

There was an induction cooktop in the room but there was not any induction pan to use with the cooktop as the normal pans are not working with this type of the cooktop. I appreciate if you may consider adding the induction pan to be added to the kitchenware.

They are cheap and don't clean the rooms properly and on a daily basisOn several occasions i could not drive back to the hotel after going for supper due to constructionI was not made aware of this

No clear explanation on the booking amount and the exchange rate value. Wherein, you didn't tell me about 7 days drawdown and continuation of the remaining days. My expectation was one time deduction and one time release of withholding. My colleague USD prepaid card that was used for the transaction received four separate deductions. The first day, $1431.88 USD was deducted and after seven days, another $499.98 USD was also deducted. Making the sum of $1,931.86 USD. My bill in Canada Dollars for ten days including taxes was $2,269 CADMy questions here are: What is the value of $2,269 CAD to USD? What is the withholding/incidental amount that is needed to be released after I leave the hotel? Remember I told you that I used my colleague card and I will definitely be refunding her.
