- The reception staff (gentleman) was top drawer. Very efficient and allowed us early access to our room which was greatly appreciated
- Hotel employee was AMAZING! So helpful and kind - gave us great recommendations for a place to eat. Excellent customer service and rapport. We also watched her engage with other guests and she is top notch - made the experience so much better!

Cons -
- Located across the road from the trans Canada highway. Because of this there was considerable traffic noise when out for a walk on the street where the hotel is located.
- The couch in the room was pretty beat up and disgusting - discolored, stained and needs to be replaced. The fold out bed was fine and my son slept great on it, but the couch looked like it was way past its prime.
- More breakfast options. I wish they had the meat separate so guest can choose. Example: have bacon, sausage available for people to select and make their own sandwich. Not premade. The container that holds the breakfast don't keep the food warm.
