Nothing. I was not satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

Yes. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, including cigarette smoke. The carpet in the room was also dirty and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room was not clean, and the experience was disappointing.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great close location to airport.

Rooms ok, tired, could he upgraded.

Park and fly was very easy. If you have a 2020 or newer car, they give you a boot to prevent theft.

The handle on the tub faucet was broken, but still usable.

Shuttle was very dirty I side and outside hotel room was very small with 1970 big fat tv with big TV trolley I bump twice

The hotel did not offer a breakfast of any kind. There are no other establishments nearby to walk to to get breakfast so having a simple breakfast available would be a big plus.

Didn't call me as scheduled for wake up call Desk attendant didn't help with suitcase; there's some stairs in the entrance and instead of helping me, he simply watched me struggle lifting up my suitcase. Room was freezing with blasting AC.

The room had everything that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I had a good nights sleep. Best of all, I was given prompt shuttle service to the airport at 4:30 in the morning.

It was close to the airport

The room was dirty, bed was made but had hairs in it. The floors and walls were dirty, left after 2 hours, felt dirty just being in the room. It was cleaner sleeping on airport floor then in the room.

The price

The lack of parking for the guests. I was at the hotel 15 minutes before check-in time and was asked to wait while the clerk drove some other clients to the airport. He told me the room were not ready, which was not true.

It was close to the airport. Front desk employee was nice enough.

My 10 year old daughter and I had to leave after spending ~10 minutes in the room. The bed smelled like smoke & body odor. We just went to a different hotel.

The pillows were all huge feather pillows, I'm allergic to feathers. Would be nice to have a spare pillow

Je crois qu' avec une qualité supérieur de la nourriture ( déjeuner) il y aurait beaucoup d' amélioration facilement. Meilleur café,meilleur jus, meilleur confiture, juste changé les fournisseurs et ce serait vraiment apprécié.
