Self serve for almost everything... No staff at the reception. We saw one employee who barely spoke French.

They upgraded our room for four to two rooms at no extra charge.

Good location, staff were pleasant, close to amenities.

Room was not very clean, pieces of flooring missing/ coming apart, our bedding was not changed daily, or made up by staff, we had to ask to have our towels and washcloths replaced, in general the place is rundown, and not that I care but I didn’t notice an elevator and we were on the third floor, not accessible for anybody that is handicapped.

Overpriced, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing stay. There was a strange smell in the room, and the air conditioning was so loud that it woke me up every 10 minutes during the night. I booked a king bed but was given a queen, and since it’s a self-service hotel, there was no one to speak to about it. Considering I paid almost $150 for the night, it was not worth it. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and nice and the bed comfortable. It was clean. It's self check-in but there is someone on site if needed that can be reached by phone or using the bell on the front desk.

Coffee maker in room was dirty. Hair in the tub. Visually not the greatest, but for the price, I guess it works.

Rooms were very very clean. New mini fridge. Staff was helpful and friendly. I left an article of clothing and they found it and held it til I could pick up. Building is cute historic which I like but those who prefer sterile hotel will not.

Everything clean in room, but a bit stale in common areas. Need to invest in new bed pillows. Sheets were very clean but smelled like they had been stored for a while.

No frills, a clean older facility with nice staff, easy access and parking. A very good value.

Convenient location and relatively affordable. The rooms have all the basics and are quite large. Lots of room to park outside and close to highways.

Pillows uncomfortable. The A/C is also very annoying and cycles off and on much too rapidly. Had to have it turned off at night.

A rustic rural hotel that was close and convenient to where we had to be for our trip. The hotel appeared to be a great place in its day. With the new owner making improvements to the property, there is potential. It has easy access to the regional road.

The room's cleanliness and stale old tobacco smell were a bit off-putting.

Great price and nice big room. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The area is a bit remote but great if you want to avoid traffic.

It was clean and updated.

With only 10 sheets of toilet paper and no one at the desk to ask for more. There was a telephone number only. And I did not like to have to take two sets of stairs to the room. The property should have had a clear and honest description of it and have staff on hand at the desk at all times.

There is a tv but it’s not connected to the cable. If you want to use the tv you must sign in your personal accounts like Netflix or prime.The Chinese staff does not speaks a conversational level in French nor English.The building is old and partially fix.There is a smell in the hallways Meaby because of cat walking around.

The room was clean, tidy, everything working properly. Nearby there were McDonald's, Subway, a convenience story and another chicken restaurant. What more can I say I don't know, I think the place was quite reasonable for the price.

When I checked in to my room strangely it was already occupied by someone. The staff then quickly assigned me to another bigger room with a coffee machine and all that, so even though I was a bit upset at first but quickly that unpleasant feeling was gone after drinking a cup of coffee.

It was close to my event. Bed was comfy, but gross.
