Great view, quiet, great owner

Very quiet in the back of the hotel.

There's no air conditioning.

Nice location, waterfront tables, easy access.

Would be great to have a restaurant and small food store within walking distance.

View from balcony (toward water)was beautiful but to have the balcony your room entrance was from the road and heavy traffic all night. To have a room on the lower level facing the the water - your car was parked in front.

The location was exalent

We arrived around seven PM and the staff attitude was extremely negative and rude. the room was not clean.

Patio, ocean view, clean, comfortable bed

The location, size of the room, comfortable beds and chairs, fridge with freezer, microwave. The view from the balcony is awesome!

Location, cleanliness, room had all necessary kitchen equipment friendly person at check in office. Comfy bed. Nice swing to enjoy your coffee at.

Hidden gem. Location location location. A few steps away from the Baie des Chaleur. Kitchenette and quiet.

Not much but mention that just finishing touch like dish cloth and scott towels. Also, property manager left five minutes after our arrival after six pm and unable to reach them the entire evening. They should be available.

Beautiful location with gulf at the back of property. Lovely swing seats where you could sit and overlook water. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony, breathtaking. Great location, right off the road, and we love the convenience of parking right outside our room.

Newly renovated. Great view. Front desk associates only answered very helpful. Balcony faced the bay.

Needed plug for bathtub.

The location is beautiful, but that is Baie du Chaleur for you- it's gorgeous. It is 8 miles away from the Gesgapegiag band of Mic Mac, where I am a member. This would have been a nice convenient place for me to be while I attended to errands there, but I explained why it became a problem instead. (I live and work in the States)

The manager was incredibly rude and angry. She noticed my moccasins and made a quick judgement about me. Then, she noticed my best friend (my maid of honor when I got married) and assumed we were a "couple". She referred to me as "monsieur". She put us in a room with damages, a broken shower being the biggest. We brought this to her attention the next day after we checked in. She spoke in french to her maintenance man accusing me of not knowing how to use a shower- she had to see for herself. Then she saw it and accused us of breaking it. I explained that the rusted bit was already broken. She placed us in another room, and that room was fine- but the sheets had a stain on one of the beds. Anyway, did she apologize? Not really- she said sorry but misgendered me and she was so mean. I took the abuse because I had no where else to go.

The room was clean, location right by the water was great, except it was pouring the whole time we were there.

Staff at the front desk was very unpleasant. Motel is miles outside of town, not near anything. The motel allows pets, but I would not call it 'pet friendly'

It was right on the water and offered great views from the balcony and steps to the water if you wanted to get close

Booked a month in advance. Arrived and they did not seem to know about our reservation. Had seen renovated rooms online we received one of the three no renovated rooms even though they had vacancy. Sadly not as advertised and would not recommend.

Pretty good view from our balcony, and right on the beach (stairs to walk down were a bit rough). A nice spacious room with the toilet and tub separate from the sink. Chairs and picnic tables at the edge of the property overlooking the water under shady trees.

A little far from the actual town.No breakfast as initially indicated.
