The reception and restaurants staff are friendly. It was comfortable in the room.

It was a little too early that room cleaning service came around 8:30am.

I found the price of the room was high compared to many other places but I do understand that this was during the peak season.

Hotel was very clean and organized. Confortable beds.

Bathroom was really dark and furniture is outdated but well kept.

The Hotel has not seen a single renovation since Jacques Cartier...

This hotel is very old, and terriby depressing. The rooms would need a full refresh. There is no room cleaning service, no elevator, no gym (as opposed to what is said on booking.com), and overall you see that the management has totally given up on trying to do anything nice for customers. Way overpriced for what it is. Rooms are super noisy, and you can hear your neighbors turning the pages of their book....

We stayed one night on a long road trip. Was everything we needed although my 4 year old would've loved a pool. Great hotel overall, very clean.

Location was great, room was clean. Quiet, no noise.

Beds were uncomfortable, nobody slept well. In the website and at Booking.com they say breakfast is included but it's not. Even in the breakfast menu it says so. Needs to update the information.

Pleasant

The Air Conditioning in the room, despite making a terribly loud noise that kept us awake, did not cool the room.

Very comfortable beds. Clean room. Nice receptionist. Parking is located close to room. Easy to load luggages.

Great service, very accessible via car - we arrived late and were checked in quickly, service was great throughout St Jean weekend, despite how busy it was.

A sofa was missing to Watch the télévision in the room. Not that much french Channel. Just the basic one but it was ok with the application.

The interior was nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable.We booked there because we were traveling with a dog. The property was large and pleasant to walk with her.The restaurant called 'The Gourmet' truly is. We were very impressed with the food.The best surprise of all was a lovely spa in the hotel, with a very talented professional masseuse. I had a much-needed treatment I wasn't able to fit in at home.

Disappointing

The hotel is incredibly noisy - right by the highway and has paper thin walls. The description says it has soundproofing but this is non existent. When the matter was raised with staff tbey did not deny the issue. This is clear misrepresentation. Also the room was not serviced - apparently no longer done with "covid" as the excuse. This was not advised either in advance or on arrival.Overall the stay was very disappointing especially when considering the price.
