Delightful reception person (Denis). There is a common area foyer and terrace overlooking the St Laurent seaway. Incredible vista, beautiful garden. They offer a small common kitchen area for “picnics”, which made it easy for me as a gluten free person to bring in my own food for breakfast. This was a truly enjoyable stay.

Having to pay extra for breakfast. However, the breakfast was very good and having it on the deck overlooking the river was wonderful.

They provided every comfort we could need while being environmentally conscious and energy saving. The staff was so friendly and we loved being greeted by Denis for breakfast each morning. The view was spectacular over the bay and the large deck provided a place where we could sit and enjoy it over drinks and breakfast. It was an easy drive into town where we enjoyed several dinners.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the friendliest service we've ever had. The Auberge was clean and beautiful and inviting. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. All said, a lovely stay.

The location, the view, the staff, the breakfast

The location is an ideal, quiet setting less than 10 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul. Friendly staff, comfortable room with nice views, and clean facilities.

Greater water pressure in the shower would be better

The people running the auberge (inn) were very friendly and helpful. The tv in our room didn't work although she tried to fix it - and she gave us a free breakfast to compensate for that. The breakfast was very good. No elevator, so you should be able to carry your suitcases on stairs. Everyone spoke English for us.

I picked the hotel partially based on the photo - a river view from a porch/balcony. The window in our room looked out under a porch, so the view was largely deck boards with some garden and a little bit of river - that was disappointing. The auberge was a little ways out of town, so a little difficult to find in the dark.

I found the mattress a bit too hard .

Breakfast was very good; crepes, cheese, eggs, fruit, good coffee and the staff was very personable. Great views of the St Lawrence!

The view from our bedroom was beautiful. The distance to the town and the ski area was perfect.Such a friendly owner and family.

The host was gracious. The Auberge offers quiet comfort. Breakfast (for an additional price) was excellent and well worth it. Our host also packed a lunch for us to take along on the next leg of our journey.
