It was quiet. The bed was good.

Only Luke warm water. Room only partly renovated. No shelves in bathroom. Painting unfinished. Certainly not worth the price. You have to be desperate to stay there and pay $200 plus taxes.

Checkin was uncomplicated, the room was big. It was silent at night.

The towels were dirty, the fridge had a lack (water came out), we couldn't find the wifi password. One bed was uncomfortable and needs a new mattress.

Location

Garbage everywhere. Fridge full of ice. We thawed it. No coffee. Booked for three with pull out couch. No linen. When asked brought us one fitted sheet and one blanket. Chairs were filthy..

Sheets were for dirty very basic room for what I paid. Came back to room that evening 50 people in the courtyard playing games, BBQ and bonfire across from my room. No smoke detector in room. Lungs heavy next day from breathing in smoke from bonfire.

I just need a simple room without high cost. This suits my needs well.

One lamp still doesn't have a bulb. Tubs are so clean they are slippery when wet. They might save themselves a lawsuit if they installed non-slip tape on the tub floor. Was disappointed the pool wasn't ready.

The sheets from the sofa bed were stained and dirty. With no pillow and blanket. The person at the desk was not friendly.

I like the cleanliness and location of the hotel.

Wi-Fi Connectivity was not good. Also, the lock of the washroom was not working properly.

It's a Motel, not a hotel. Proper toiletries not provided in the morning. Reception was always closed

Not especially clean, office person accused me of calling to extend my stay to 3 nights which was not true. I had to argue for several minutes on the phone with 2 different people after checking out after 1 night. We will NOT be returning.

Less than an hour from the ferry in tobermory

It was not the cleanest and there was no coffee in the room. We had to leave before breakfast was served. We couldn't even get coffee from the front office area.

Breakfast

One cannot take a shower as only cold water came,the amount of water in the sink for brushing our teeth was so little. The doors did not have in indoor lock making us feel that anyone can walk in.The WiFi did not work properly,& we has to ask for password

By the main road, but rooms face away. So a good location and quiet. The rooms also seemed pretty soundproofed. We had to get away early, but staff still gave us hot muffins for the road.

TV was a bit small, but that's nitpicking.

This hotel has very spacious property and room. Besides bed sheets are quite clean and have a good smell. And the staffs are very kind.

The only thing I disappointed with this hotel is that the carpet's disgusting smell.

Staff were very nice and friendly however when we arrived 10 minutes before check in we were told to come back after two pm.

The beds were very tired and there were only hooks to hang clothing on and no hangers which when travelling on motor cycles we have riding gear as well as clothing that need to be hung up

The location is good, not far from a food store.

Very friendly staff. Anyone complaining about outdated rooms that would be the only thing. Room was clean. Pool was clean though we didn't go in it. Would definitely stay here again!

The playground was a bit sketchy. Functional but made me nervous.

its location so we could go to Tobermory within an hour for a cruise also close to downtown

more selection of food at breakfast(at least have bagels) the liner in the out door pool needs replaced-hard to walk on without tripping.

The owner was very friendly. Wifi in the lobby. Swimming pool was clean and usable.

No hairdryer or iron. No fresh fruit at breakfast. No waffles at breakfast.
