- TV was very fuzzy, bed not comfortable, pillow hard, people smoking and cooking in rooms, staff lied, plumbing sounds from room next door were loudest I have ever heard.
- There were a lot of things. It seemed everyday something was missed or not done at all. Towels were thin and small. Bed was not done up everyday.
