- Size of room, dog friendly, hot made to order omelette station, quiet, helpful staff, nice breakfast staff, willing to give late checkout
Cons -
- Price. This is a pricey hotel
- Overpriced . The staff were telling our 10 year old members of our team to be quiet in the pool area who were laughing and having fun on their one trip. We were the only ones in the enclosed pool area They should not take family and team groups
- The price for this room was entirely ridiculous.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Room was bright, clean and well-appointed.
Staff was great and so was breakfast.
Breakfast was very good
Breakfast, staff cordiality & hospitality was excellent.
The price for this room was entirely ridiculous.
The staff was super friendly and helpful!
It was a bit further out from everything
Great welcome at the desk. Very helpful and over the top to make the stay positive.
Great place
No not at all.
Was close to the arena
Service was lacking. Attention was poor.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful
Coffee maker in the room didn’t work, room is a bit scuffed up, tables
Breakfast was great! Prompt service and hot, fresh food and coffee! Love the coffee machine!!
The bathroom tub wasn't very clean. Soap scum ring around it. The view wasn't great, the front entrance blocked the window.
The hotel was clean and bright and cheery when we walked in (it was the Christmas holiday season). Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a list of places to have dinner when we asked what they recommend. We had a fresh omelet, made in front of us, for breakfast. That was an unexpected treat.
The hotel is just outside the town so nothing is within walking distance.

Very clean, well maintained and staff were helpful. Dog-friendliness was great bonus
The breakfast gives you only one round of eggs and sausages. It would be more reasonable if we can get at least a second round. The bbq stove needs some maintenance with some broken pieces though still usable
Staff handled my screw up reservation so well
Very expensive breakfast. We just stayed at a Best Western in Kingston and paid 212 and had a very good breakfast
Location, bed was comfortable
Lobby was very dirty, front desk staff was not very friendly, ice machine didn’t work,
