- Lobby has bar and snacks and options
- Very friendly, helpful staff. The free shuttle back and forth to the airport was awesome because we could get to the airport train very easily.
- Was not able to enjoy the hotel due to surprise parking fees
Cons -
- This hotel is old, hallways smell bad, washrooms are outdated, overall this is not a 4 star hotel when it comes to the rooms.
- The internet was out the first day we arrived which was inconvenient. We had to return to the airport to use their free wi-fi to explore the city.
- Be upfront about charges. I really didn't expect to pay a parking fee because I wasn't flying and this hotel is far from the city. Charge the fee up front so your customer can decide if that's something they want to pay before they don't have the choice.
