Pros +
- Prompt and helpful.
- Pleasant experience, great location and semi-pleasant yet abrupt staff. Pool was nice, sauna as well but the towel bin was full and there were no clean towels available.
- Easy access, quick check-in, polite staff, spacious room.
Cons -
- The elevator was out. That was not mentioned so it was rough after driving to drag our suitcases up flights of stairs.
- Restaurant was closed without notice
- Definitely the cleanliness was lacking in the rooms. I found hair and dirt all over the bathroom when I came in.
