So pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern. The breakfast in the morning was an added bonus!

The rooms were very clean. A bit small but I was surprised at the cleanliness.

The woman at the front desk was very rude when we came to check in. We couldn¿t believe it. With that greeting we were worried about our overall stay. Thankfully we didn¿t see her again.

Cleanliness, breakfast, very comfortable bed, right off a main road and well lit.

Would have enjoyed a pool.

Very welcoming and pleasant greeting, we came earlier than our 3:00 check in, and we were allowed in our room. The location was perfect for the very short drive to a nearby winery and the beautiful Port Stanley Beach. Fantastic variety for breakfast.

I have to admit, there was absolutely nothing I did not like about this hotel!

Noisy at night people yelling and carrying on in the hallway friday night I was awaken and saturday night people slamming the patio door next to me and revving their noisy truck awaken again

Asked for breakfast at 8:45 and after hesitation only got offered a muffin

The location was so convenient. Check in and checkout a breeze. Very comfortable bed and the room was just lovely. A great selection of food in the included breakfast - including waffles, cheese tea biscuits and fresh fruit

It was very clean and staff were very nice and the free breakfast was very good a wide choice of food to eat and there was always lots to eat.

My room was right by the stairs to the 2nd floor, Every time the door was used I would hear it open and worse of all slam closed.

The hotel is newly updated. This is my third stay there, and it was always nice before. It's even better now!

The hotel does not have an elevator.

Good clean hotel in easy to find location. Nice breakfast bar.

My fridge was not working and plungers not provided in rooms. Water efficient toilets and no plungers is a no no.

how clean the linen on the beds was

check in time way to late 5 pm, I had to bug to get in earlier to make my function. only 4 tables for breakfast for the whole hotel
