The lady who served breakfast was awesome. The warm fresh homemade muffins were excellent. She was a joy to visit with.

The room was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice this hote and 24/7 coffee station is a good bonus. Also, I really appreciated the stuff that was super helpful.

I hope more hotels would have freezer in their fridges.

The staff was the only positive of the experience.They tried to accommodate within what they were allowed to do.But there weren't any rooms available supposedly.

It was filthy!!There was no attempt to clean the suite we were in.There was pubic hair all over the tub, dog hair on the walls and some sort of liquid crust all over the bed.Thank goodness we brought extra blankets to sleep on top of.Negative score out of 10 for this hotel.Personally I would like my money back, I will be reaching out to the general manager about this stay.The staff couldn't refund me any money of the $300+ a night they charged me to stay in a filthy hotel room because I booked the room with booking.com.Regardless if I booked from a 3rd party site, I expect cleanliness to be the highest standard upheld in a hotel.

It's always a nice place to stop for work. The bedrooms are big and there is a lot of things for costumers.

I will ask next time for a bedroom that is not just beside the parking as it will be more quiet to sleep at night.

Staff were great, location is good, it’s was clean and quiet.

Pullout couch was left from last guests, ling waiting at check in, too darn expensive - $200US for a Super 8?

Breakfast was very good.Local pictures on the wall.Sidewalk for outside walk/exercise.

Breakfast was very good. Debbie in the breakfast area was exceptional. Also Brooke at the front desk was exceptional. These two employees know what customer service is! They both went above and beyond.

No one at the front desk from 10pm to 6 am. However with staffing issues we certainly understand.

ATM, NO SERVICE

Breakfast was good. Eating area was clean. Staff person there was nice and friendly. Like the location is not in town. Could use a couple of more picnic tables outside. Keep the out door table for sure. Only thing to add: have a list for customers of the available tv channels, instead of a big list of all channels, most you can not get. Thanks.

Couldn’t find but two tv channels. There was a big list of channels but no list of what channels Are to watch.

Room was clean and comfortable. Area and hotel were quiet. Breakfast was fantastic as was the woman who was working that area. We left very early and still able to have a good breakfast.

Arrived late and no one at desk. Our other group who arrived earlier checked me in and we had to wake them to come down with the key. Vending machine did not accept US currency and no option for food onsite late.

Super clean! I had a great night's rest.

I had some issues with payment. I was charged for the room by Priceline and the hotel (twice). So I paid for the room 3 times. I had to keep calling back because only a manager could resolve it. Also the hotel charged me less than Priceline,
