TV was hard to navigate the channels. The bathroom fan came on with the light, very noisy.

There are these short posts by the doors near parking. Very bad trip hazards in the dark! I fell and hurt my leg pretty good.

When booking with a credit card they want $250 per night deposit on top of the cost of the room. If you pay cash you only pay a one time $250 deposit. I think they need to rethink their deposit system Probably the last time I stay there

...clean, comfortable rooms...fits our needs to sleep comfortably, be close to the outfitter for our canoe trips, dog friendly...plenty of hot water for showers.

Everything was clean and easily accessible. Bed was quite comfy, and bathroom with shower, very nice. Could park right outside our door. Staff were excellent.

We did not like the extra tax (municipal) that was added when we arrived. We don't mind paying the tax, but we would prefer to have it included in the price when we are looking at the motel under booking.com.

Has bar and grill with beer on tap ! Parmesan wings were delicious ! Building is old on the outside but the rooms are all redone and very clean and modern ! Staff were excellent!

The room was nice and comfy. There is a bar/restaurant at the hotel, so it's not a problem to get something to eat.

Not a very big issue but during my stay there was a problem with keys and I had to go to staff to ask to let me into my room. A bit of inconvenience but everything else was really good.

The staff were both professional and kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. I arrived with my dog. We found it so relaxing, we extended our stay.

I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each for 4 people. I received 1 and one room with 1 queen bed. I ended up sleeping on a cot. This is 2 years in a row that they did not fulfill my requirements according to my reservation.

Room clean, and location just excellent. The staff very friendly, and informative. No problem with access to the internet. Clean bathroom. Really nothing to complain about. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Someone Made a mistake. I ordened a hotel Red lake in Arizona.The day before we stayed in Monticello Utah also ordende by your organisation. The mistake : you dillivered a ticket for a hotel Red Lake in ONTARIO. I saw it whenwe could not find the hotel in Arizona. I trusted your organisation, so I checked not the ticket. I saw Red Lake and the date, so it was OK I thoucht. you could know when I was today in Arisona that I could not be in Ontario next day. It was difficult to find a room after this misunderstanding. I hope I become my money back. I am still your client.
