TV didn't work and staff unable to deal with it. Paint falling off bathroom ceiling. very slippery bath tub with no grab bar...etc., etc.

Staff hospitality, large room, cleanness

Some equipment in the room is broken. Too many kids occupied the dining room tables for long time so that other guests could not take breakfast in the dining room.

My room had no micro wave,the coffee maker did not work,the room had no telephone,the clock did not work.

It was clean, right off the highway, above average, for other hotels in this brand

Honestly, it was great, of course the continental breakfast with basic, but it¿s to be expected at this chain of hotels.

Close to highway and not too close so that we could hear traffic. No sirens , buses or fire trucks to wake us

Well I must say that the year being 2022 , could they have a couple HDMI cords to connect our laptops /phones directly to the tv¿s , I forgot mine and the staff would¿ve helped out significantly if they¿d have had one for me to use on loan of course

I had little contact with staff but they seemed good. The AC worked well, not all hotels are good. Hotel was full but surprisingly quiet. The bathroom was a good size as was the room. I really appreciated the fridge and microwave- both worked and clean

TV didn't have a lot of channels and the TV itself seemed to be on it's way out- I'm being picky with that. I was a bit surprised that there was no phone, no coffee maker, pen and paper or tourist info in the room.

The location is extremely convenient as it¿s right off the 400 series highway. I checked in at 2:30 and the overnight staff (male) was really nice and checked me in quick. Other than that nothing. Rate 0 stars for everything but location if I could.

I checked in at 2:30 am and the room was dirty. Stained sheets, carpet not vacuumed, the toilet bowl had streaks in it already too. So right off the bat I was not feeling clean to stay over in this hotel. More to say no characters left. Read feedback.

Location was perfect

Rude staff. Disgusting dirty floors. Horrible odour in hallways. Outdated furniture in rooms. Broken lamp, cigarette burns on bathroom counter. Broken access doors at the side and back entrance propped open with rocks. People smoking marajuana in hotel

Location was good.

TV remote only worked to power tv on and off. Two night stay of pressing buttons on tv to change channels. Staff said nobody could fix until Monday and I arrived Saturday noon. Sliding window was broken.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night. Bed was extremely comfortable

Unfortunately they have done away with the jacuzzi tubs but this was not a deal breaker.

2 things, 1. it says including free breakfast, but it does not. 2. they gave the wrong room key to someone who actually get into our room when we were there. Not very well organized.

The Port Hope Comfort Inn has been a go to for me for quite some time. I know I'm going to get a good rate and both myself and my dog Roxie will feel comfortable and welcomed by the staff. I would very highly recommend a stay at The Port Hope Comfort Inn!

Dead black flies on the floor in the closet and lots of flies around the back of the hotel and on my car the next morning. The girl running front desk in the morning was on her smartphone while checking me out, didn't ask how my stay was, felt unwanted.

I grew up a mile from this hotel. Great fun to be in my old area. Hotel is new. I’ll stay again for sure.

Beds were ok. 7/10. Pillows were 10/10

Booked hotel and got a great rate and arrived close to midnight. Check in was uncomplicated and quick. Forgot toothpaste and was given complimentary small tube of toothpaste. Breakfast is included in the rate

I really wish for breakfast they would use proper dishes or compostable things. There's no recycling anywhere and I feel like there's so much single use plastics.

was not what we have experienced with any other Comfort Inn. Bathroom was not entirely clean and the lamp on the desk was not operational - there were fruit flies in the room.We asked about bananas in the breakfast room they were ordering them that day -
