Staff. Breakfast. CLEAN.

Spacious rooms, everything was impeccably maintained, and the staff was outstanding.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet, next to highway.

Breakfast finishes a bit early at 9, we had to wake up early with the kids. 10 or 11 would be great.

My room was very comfortable & clean. Had a great sleep on the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was AWESOME... The lady who looks after the breakfast area was super friendly and accommodating. It is a huge bonus that everything is recyclable!!

Could not access the free internet due to my firewall which I was not going to remove. So could not use my laptop. Also, very limited selection of channels on TV (especially sports channels).

Though I didn't eat but the breakfast looked really good

The service was horrible , due too there incompetents at the service desk I was late for I wedding I had to go too in the area

The mattress was too soft, and the surface was uneven. For just one night it was ok, but more nights would have been rough to sleep. Breakfast was also just ok

The room was nice, clean, cozy. Appreciated that there was a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room - that's super nice to see.

complimentary breakfast was disappointing. We got down to breakfast at least an hour before it ended and there was basically no hot food left. The servers eventually brought more out because so many people were waiting, crabby about that somehow???

We stayed for one night and left right after breakfast the following morning. The staff were very accommodating at checkin and checkout. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and even though there were a lot of people checking in, a number of them with dogs which we loved, our room was quiet which was much appreciated. We would stay there again!

The coffee could have been a bit better.

Comfy bed clean room and new shower with shampoo, soap, conditioner., and body lotion that was nice.

Breakfast food makes me sick...especially the sausage...sorry.. More fresh coffee and clean your boiled water pot for tea.It was dispensing yellow water...I would stay there again because of the location but not in my view Worth two hundred dollars a night for 1 person.I really like your pool with the warm water.But you need to scrub the mold or scum from the top above the waterline...

I originally made a mistake and booked for December, but I actually meant to come this weekend. The Hampton Inn was very kind and allowed me to change the booking dates, even though my original option did not allow cancellations. I’m really grateful for that. Also, I appreciate the drinks available in the lobby and the bright, comfortable space for working in the evening. In addition, the room even had double-layer blackout curtains—something I had never seen before! My child needs a dark environment to sleep, and these curtains worked perfectly, much better than those in other hotels.

Best bed ever! And finally a TV where you can stream from your phone. The room was comfortable, and the staff really nice. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good. This was really the best hotel during our 15-day road trip.

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed the selections available to us. Everything was fresh and the area was clean and appealing. Karen who ran the kitchen and eating area was both friendly and helpful.

We were very satisfied with everything and could find nothing to be concerned with.

The beds and bathroom were very good. I liked the bathroom very much, spacious, lovely shower etc. While the location is not spectacular,it suited us as we wanted easy access to 401

Our room overlooked a building site which was a litttle disappointing.Breakfast was adequate, room slightly small. Didn't know there was a pool.

It is a newer property. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were good.

On the surface, the room was clean. However, it was not well dusted. Rooms/TVs should have a channel guide.The breakfast was not enjoyable. Bread, muffins and sausages were dry.The deposit for incidentals is taken up front. However, it can take days to be retuned to my account. It leaves the onus on me to monitor. No invoice was received after checking out to acknowledge the refund. Not very good customer service.
