The owners were very nice and tried to make sure our visit was very comfortable. They were always smiling !

I liked everything about it. The layout of the room was perfect for my wife and I.

Price was good

Cheap and on the main street downtown.

Everything I needed in a relatively smaller package. The bed was quite comfortable (and pillows). It was quieter than I expected from the location and layout.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable bedding, which gave me a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff was very supportive and helpful, and the location was great — within walking distance of nearby restaurants.

The toilet area was a bit small, which could be improved for more comfort. Other than that, everything else was neat and tidy.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room had exactly what we needed and was clean.

Clean rooms...great location.. nice people that run it. Second year we stayed here . Will come back again. Very close to the main beach. Just down the street. The guy at desk upgraded my room at no charge. Great stay.

They dont have an ice machine but did offer to give a bit they had.

Don't believe the good reviews...

States it is non smoking with signs on the rooms but smoking at your door coming in through cracks or door?? They even had 2 large wooden picnic tables with ashtrays on them on second floor outside some patrons' rooms in a tightly enclosed area with a roof over them to facilitate smoking.Everything falling apart, rusted and stained. We did not shower in that tub. Towels had several different types of hairs on them. Fire alarm hanging from ceiling.Some people live here permanently.Couch was filthy. Rusted mirror. Toilet holder dented and barely hanging. I don't understand the reviews with 10. People must have been in a "euphoric state of mind".Fridge worked.Tv had one channel.

Our room is in need of updating and would assume the other rooms as well. There appear to be permanent residents at this motel.

Comfortable beds, nice location, welcoming staff.

The motel need a little more love and care to be a more pleasant place for longer holidays. We were there only for 3 nights.

It is recently renovated and clean place. Good quality for the price I paid. I highly recommend it.

Bath towels are small and coffee was for one person only.

Perfect location on the main highway through town, perfect for staying while attending the festival in Sauble Beach nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed.

Bathroom was a bit small and there were a couple stains on the walls that looked like they got missed while cleaning.

a/c was about the only thing good.
