Room size

Air Conditioner was not working almost 1-2 hours on the summer day and my family and kids impacted in the heated room.

Close to work, gym, and restaurants.

Good location, nice staff. Supermarket and restaurant all around near by the hotel .Real convience.

Air conditioning too noisy in some of the room, can't sleep very well.

This is not a hotel, its a motel in disrepair. Our room was very dirty, we did not receive any housekeeping service and the pool is badly damaged. Would not recommend

Convenient and clean

We could hear the family next door very clearly. Thankfully, they went to bed and woke up at the same time we did.

maybe you can remove the carpets as they are health hazard for some people with allergies

This hotel is surrounded by almost all the popular restaurants and stores of Canada. Hotel's own restaurant available for guests inhouse has excellent food. Rooms are clear, spacious and comfortable. Parking is free. Staff is excellent and professional.

The hotel need to upgrade lighting system of the room. Maintenance of coffee maker and electric iron is required. Room must be available with a check list of facilities that must be verified by a staff member by visiting room along with new guests.

Its good for the price, clean room, I like the Hot Tub Spa and the pool after a long day at the beach. The café staff was so nice.

Clean, good wifi, good Hi def tv. Good location. Good for one night.

Old fixtures, some from the 70's and 80's. Walls/ceilings needed repair and paint. Carpet needed repair. Lampshades cracked.

Room needs upgrading. table lambs not turn on

No hot water, furnishings in poor condition,poor, housekeeping, strong smell of cigarette smoke on second floor hallway, entire facility poorly maintained, in other words a real dump. Never again.

Great location and friendly staff. Despite it being on a main road, it was very quiet at night which was great.

Nothing notable. Our bathtub was clogged, but it was late when we realized this and decided not to call it in to the front desk. We advised the front desk upon check out so I’m sure they’ve fixed this already. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Proximity to the beach and town.Colonial staff was excellent!

Floor panels warped which is not good for my wife's feet experiencing neuroma.

Pool was closed, no housekeeping throughout the stay

Location was great. Food and shopping within walking distance. LCBO across street. Restaurant onsite had good food at reasonable prices and offered discounts to guests staying at the hotel. Room was large and had good amenities.

Except for our first day, the front desk staff weren't overly friendly. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows too soft. Remote dvd control didn't work. Just not the same since new owners took over.
