Good parking for truck and trailer

This place needs a good cleaning, room was dirty, also very dated. No staff available in office on checkout out day so no final receipt. Staff made no effort to make customer feel welcome or a priority, they were there to take our money.

the Manager was very helpful. Close to amenities. It was very quiet

It is old and needs some updating

The bathroom , everything else was nasty water damage on the ceiling . Sheets were dirty with burn holes , Bathroom was only clean part.

The carpet in the room had multiple stains paint on wall and ceiling were peeling I caught The motel clerk looking through the peephole into my room had difficulty sleeping you should honour a refund would never recommend¿ ever!!

Great highway location as sound cut out by lots of bush. Great green area for dogs. Comfortable outside room sitting if smoker - mostly private. Amenities easily accessible i.e. beaches, town. Limited English speaking owners.

No pool or breakfast as advertised to be included. Personally don't believe had anything to do with Covid as pool open at motel up the street. Very very disappointing. Shady characters at motel in and out of different rooms but it is a 'port' motel.

There was no one at the front desk when I went to check in.

There was a big pile of snow and I had a hard time to get out in the morning.

Had no difficulties with check in or out.

The room was clean, with good air conditioning. It's a place to lay your head when you're on the road. A good, affordable, clean, and reliable place is something important when you need it. Thanks.

Nothing. It was all good, for the price point. If you want the Hilton, then go spend 400 bucks. But don't complain when your much more affordable room doesn't compare. It is what it is.

A place to sleep

It was very convenient as we were attending a function at friends very near there.

While the room was very clean it is in need of updating. It also would’ve nice to have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in I also need a bath stool for times when we stay longer and I want to shower as I’m handicapped and cannot remain on my feet in the shower.

Not much however the room was clean.

The general appearance of the property. The office could sure use a spruce up. The TV operation was a mystery and had poor channel choices.

The location was excellent for our purposes. The room was very basic and relatively clean.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working nor was there a cover over the fan on the ceiling. The heat lamp in the bathroom was not working. The shower installation could have been cleaner or they could possibly upgrade the caulking.

The mattress was comfortable and the location was good

The swimming pool was closed and under construction

Pool was closed.. it wasn’t posted in internet.. we’re very hot days and we couldn’t use it

I didn’t so I never stayed payed for a room u never used

It was run down smelly and their appeared to be inappropriate activity happening

Nothing!! Upon check in and going to the room, it was clear this was not a safe place for a family to stay. We did not end up staying.

The rooms were disgusting and smelled of mold and dirt. We were informed by someone that appeared to be living there that it was not a place for families. That people that stay there drink in the common areas and get yelling and fighting.
