Hotel decor was very dated, needs a make over, no elevators.

I love having the sliding walk out door.

This time I was in a room that was super close to the stairwell, kind of made it a little difficult to fall asleep at first which was a little frustrating. I kept hearing people talking and going in and out until about 3:00 am

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms

blankets are too thin and no extra provided in room. In room Coffee is poor.. should the pod type.

The cleanliness, the fresh bedding and the amenities.? the only thing missing is a pool. Lol breakfast was amazing.

The price- too high for just one night.

Air conditioning in room was not working. Room was a sauna, could not sleep. Hotel was fully booked so no other rooms available. Was told Manager would call next day to provide some sort of credit, but have not heard from anyone.

we liked the service we got on the Sunday when the receptionist smoothed the terrible service received on the Saturday. Apologies were accepted due to the mistakes the day before.

On our first day , the room we received was not properly checked out for seeing if everything in the room was ready for use. On the warmest day so far, the air conditioning had not been turned on.Nor could we. The TV was offered only in Spanish.

Very clean ; good beds Arrived tired and sick and the person at the desk was very helpful and supportive when I arrived late at night He also lifted my suitcase up the stairs, when I asked for help. It was very heavy I liked the breakfast

My room was 243 and it is very far from the main desk , on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and was sick so had to request help with the suitcase

The bed was terrible(concave mattress), carpet stained and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not to mention the price point for the room. Absolutely was not worth the rate charged.

Breakfast was not the best especially when I had 3 kids who was not happy No eggs bacon or susagge it was rough only waffels my kids was able to eat

They had no elevator or means to get my 89 yr old father from his wheelchair to the 2nd floor rooms they had assigned us. My son and daughter had to either carry him up the stairs or we slept in the car. Staff did not care at all. Terrible experience.

The price was within the budget.

There is no elevators. Had to carry heavy suitcase up stairwell.

Yes when I made a reservation for 2 rooms the price I was quoted was not the price when we registered . I asked why the price was different and I was told that I would be reimbursed on my credit card. I also want to mention that my gransdson got locked

It was near a lot of restaurants. We got an upgraded room after we had encountered problems with my booked room. Free breakfast Free parking.

We arrived at the hotel and got our room keys, it was not programmed properly we had to go back to the front desk. The bathroom sink was clogged and we asked to be moved to another room. We got another room after waiting a few hours. It was an upgraded ro

From the patient front desk, to the restaurant, who did a breakfast plate for my son even though they had closed, to the cleaning staff who made us feel welcome even while reminding us we were late checking out, the staff were brilliant.

The toilets took a while to flush. The hot water was not hot. When held against the many pluses of this hotel, the staff, the clean comfortable rooms, these were nothing burgers.

The staff were friendly. The man looking after breakfast made decaf coffee for us and was helpful.

Very strong chemical smell affected my friend's asthma and even I was coughing and sneezing.

STAFF VERY HELPFUL WITH DETAILS, INFORMATION, & TIPS TO MAKE THINGS EASY. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD WITH CHOICES AND SAFE PEOTOCOLS BEING FOLLOWED. WE HAD HEAVY LUGGAGE TO GO UP STAIRWELLS & MADE EASY AS WIDE AND CLEAR! PARKING LOT WELL LIT.
