The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were lots of pillows, and the staff was friendly. Location was great, close to everything.

The staff, the room, the breakfast, and we were able to bring our dog!

it's not a situation I don't like but in the evening when you spend your time in your room the TV package they have is very basic couldn't check the guide on the remote for channels...

I will give a suggestion not complaint..for the butter they have them in the fridge well it's hard to spread it on to your toast cold for the breakfast..

From the front desk to housekeeping to the one lady who cooked breakfast for everyone, the staff was exceptional throughout our stay. They took great care of us, and always with a smile. We felt so rested that we decided to stay another night!

I loved the outdoor sitting area and the indoor pool/hot tub attached. We like to sit outside and relax after motorcycling all day we tend to look for hotels that offer this. As well, we like to snowmobile so will book as it is right on trails.

We were happy to see that Kelsey's is next door but the place was packed and really loud... would be nice to have restaurants close by. Ended up getting DQ ... meh

The hotel was very nice. The staff was great. Free breakfast was pretty good.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room temperature was way too warm. We tried to lower the temperature but it wasn't working properly. Unfortunately one of the he worst nights spent in a hotel due to temperature in the room. too late to change rooms

Lovely send it pool right off the breakfast room. And if you have kids, it’s right across from a great little splash park Great breakfast. Although it does seem like you pay for it with higher daily fees

The rooms use those awful blue light lightbulbs, which gives everything a harsh look. Warm lighting for a hotel room would be a must in my opinion.Also, we were not able to work the television I guess the Internet was just not cooperating. Very frustrating because we had kids that we wanted to chill out with a movie after a long, busy day.

The staff was amazing. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms. My son enjoyed the pool and the exercise room. I'll be back.

Good location

I think that people need to know the pool is not warm. We asked the staff and they said it was between 78 and 80, which is cold especially if you have small children. If you have little children, you wouldn’t be able to swim in it because it was so coldpeople should know that and that you rent your pool out from 11 till 230 for another company which is not proper especially since people pay good money to stay in motels and then you’re banned from swimming in the pool. Yes it’s fine if people are staying one night but when you’re staying a few nights it’s not nice. I know all the motels do this too and it’s like an insult to the people who pay to stay there. the room was very clean. The place is very clean. The staff was very friendly. No complaints there just the pool and being able to swim in a warmer pool.

I liked how friendly the staff were, and I loved the black out curtains. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.
