Petawawa River Inn & Suites

Beds were comfortable. It was clean and quiet.

The pictures only showed the suites I guess but it was spacious enough. No sofa or lounge chair. We were told to show our room key to get %20 off at the adjoining pizza place but after ordering was told only on a small pizza.

It was in Petawawa where I wanted to be.

I have mobility problems and had to climb stairs to the second floor, while someone carried my walker. No elevator. No main floor room. View was a wall.

Location was great. Not too far from our venue. Walking distance to a restaurant we went to for brunch.

There was sand on the bedroom floor. I don't like sand on the bottom of my feet before putting my sandals on or getting into bed. Besides that, the bed was comfortable.

For the same price I could have stayed at the Quality Inn. More of a 3-level motel than "Inn and Suites" hotel.

No elevators to third floor. Looked sketchy. Smelled like smoke. Wouldn't stay here again. Way too expensive for the quality of hotel.

Hallway dirty, tv picture terrible, no elevator or anyone to assist with luggage. Not happy that I booked in my name 2 rooms and they put us on different floors?? Why would we not be together?

Excellent location. The hotel is situated near several amenities that are within walking distance or within a short drive. It has a restaurant located on the first floor that offers a 20% discount to registered guests. And compared to hotels in Pembroke, I got a better rate than what they offered. Also, it's always nice to have a mini fridge in the room, and a telephone that works!!!

It would be nice if the hotel was surrounded by trees, but that would be asking too much.

Perfect location for my needs, beautiful centennial park close by, very clean room, I was very impressed, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The cleanest motel we have ever stayed in, our room was absolutely spotless. Staff was excellent, very accommodating with any requests. Stayed 2 nights the 29th and 30th of September. No continental breakfast, but free coffee in the morning at the attached store, and 20% discount at The Boulevard pub and grill, along with a free game of pool.Great food, friendly staff, a very nice pub. Also 20% discount at Greco Pizzeria. All courtesy of Petawawa River Inn and suites. Highly recommended motel. What is not highly recommended is Booking.com. I will never use this underhanded site again. The website creates mistakes that you cannot edit, and then will do nothing about it. Avoid this company like the plague.

It was cozy! We were first in a room that had a funky smell, when I went to the front desk, they immediately upgraded us to the king suite. It was a wonderful night! I wish we were staying longer.

the staff were very attentive to make the experience comfortable..including the attached store and " The Blvd" attached pub/ restaurant. Unfortunately a flu bug had inflicted many of their staff leaving them short staffed.But they hustled to keep everything in order. if your looking for a fancy hotel, this is not it. Karen's need not book their stay here.

No suits. no ties. warm friendly people who catered to our needs. no accents. the store/ bar and restaurant were a huge plus. everything we needed in one location. the pillows are big and soft. they could have used more mats in the stairwell and doorways..they may have been in cleaning due to staff shortages.

Sketchy, didn't stay, paid for but place was gross so we left.

Convenient, easily accessible, friendly staff, close to many fast food stops and restaurants, comfy beds and clean
