Good location near algonquin park . Love the coffee and tea option at all times its great for relaxing after day out. Love lemon water too!!!

Yogurt needs to be gelatin free. I dont enjoy eggs or eat sausages. Only got pancakes and muffin. Need hot water on second floor. It was lukewarm on highest setting

Sink, was clogged advised staff about it, and was not repaired during my stay.

1- I had to go back to my room to have breakfast. I should have been able to eat neer where breakfast was serve. 2- You charge 100 on my credit card in case of ... when i clear my room i should get my money back at that time. 3 days later, still waithi

Covid times so only room and parking spot usable. The room was adequate but no room service provided after first night. Did not try wifi or tv. Covid breakfast was ok - a paper bag with oj, a muffin and coffee packet to make in room. Check in/out was good

Breakfast service picking up the paper bag was seen as an interruption by the morning clerk, who did not check if coffee was available on the table, left me looking for things which were not there, impolite.

Staff was very helpful and able to provide excellent information about local attractions

Breakfast could have been better and no elevator to second floor - older people or people with disabilities could experience safety concerns!

My last stay there I was in a room with updated A/C & heating unit this time the room had an old model very noisy.The carpets were torn near the window bathroom door squeaked and was hard to close and open.

Friendly staff, easy to find

Parking lot could have been plowed - I left at about 0930h and it had not yet been plowed but to be fair they had recieved a big dump of snow and I did not get stuck thankfully

Staff don't tell guest there is bacon and egg. It is hidden in another room and the server is blocking the door and window to access or see that room. In fact nobody know that is part of the food serving area.

We chose Comfort Inn because it was reasonably priced, pet friendly and in a good location. We have stayed there many times before!

Could not reach anyone at the front desk whenever I tried to call - very frustrating!! Our room was amongst a group of hockey tournament families - had to ask to be moved to a quieter section. This should be obvious and should not happen!

The room and staff were excellent, I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Pembroke to anyone.

Breakfast was great.The space was too small.It was hard too fill your plate and not be in other peoples way.

my room was great,but the outside of the window was filthy ,It was a real shock when I opened the curtains.

If you want the room cleaned you have to ask - - not fresh towels - cleaning and restocking coffee etcNoticed mud stains in the bed skirt and the breakfast bar closes at 930 am - so seemed soon to close up
