Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre

The pool and jacuzzi are great, it’s clean, its nice looking with nice decor except the ceilings, and we really liked the option to use Netflix etc on the tv in the room.

The restaurant prices are high for really bad food. Definitely need a new cook in there.

Clean,location,friendly staff

The comfortable beds, the cleanliness, and we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the people at the hotel very friendly very helpful

No nothing

We were given a different room than what I purchased. The room was very loud being next to the pool- the hotel was full of young people- we couldn't sleep as there was a ton of noise until the late hours of the night and then were woken at 6am ice machine

- Beautiful room - Elegant lobby - Has a hot tub and pool - Has a nice bar with nice staff - Was well priced

- Location is a bit far from downtown

Very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Good hot breakfast.

The swimming pool was nice.

The room, 322, opened onto a hallway beside and above the pool. The door was not sealed well and noise could be heard from the pool area and from other rooms which opened onto the concourse. The room next to us had extremely loud occupants on Friday.

NothiThey were rude. Despite social distancing they were not wearing gloves and still asked for cc and license. Despite having only 4 rooms occupied they gave us a handicap room and the floor floods in the bathroom. Terrible coffee.

Terrible breakfast. Terrible service. Bagel was better suited to construction. It was awful.

The room was nice and big. The white sheets, towels and comforter were of A better quality. The Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. The pool was nice and warm and also hot tub.

The pool area could be open a little later like an hour or so.

Coupon for breakfast was great. Food was delicious and the staff were amazing at both the front desk and restaurant.

Large rooms

The room was humid amd smelly

Location and price

Shower and pool were not perfectly clean

good location, easy to get there. nice architecture; all amenities, even if you don't use them - they are there. Quiet room. breakfast a' la carte.

you can not open any window, not even that suicide-prevent gap; leaves you with the a/c air which we hate.

Cleanliness was top notch. Comfy beds and pillows. Loved the breakfasts! Will definitely come back. Thank you.

Nice room and very clean.

Restaurant for breakfast was very busy, had to wait for a table to become available.

The room was extremely loud. A wedding happening that night meant that we heard constant screaming and shouting all night.

The layout of the room was great. Comfortable bed and couch. The check in staff were polite and welcoming. All staff were very polite.

At first the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, but after a bit it all fell into place. The food prices where on the high side and Sunday breakfast seemed to take longer to get than it did on Saturday

pool,king size bed,

shower was not cleaned when we were given the room.Room smelt like smoke. the staff took care of it right away.

Clean, good food.I have put 6 for location, but I know it's not "lake side" because I've been here before.

Nice setup. Large room, large bed, microwave oven, fridge, etc. Restaurant, gym, pool.

Location a bit far from downtown. However, it's right by the highway.
