The entrance way and dining room was pleasant enough and the staff cheerful.

I did not like the room. 301. The furniture was chipped, the walls marked, the bedding thin, the remote didn't work. I wouldn't go back nor recommend it.

The walk in shower did not have any mounted safety bars so I was worried about falling in the shower stall. I have mobility problems so falling is always a concern

The room was spacious. The morning breakfast was limited in options but was set up in a lovely space. Excellent home made banana bread!

There were some questionable splatters on the bathroom wall. This hotel allows dogs and there was a lot of excrement in the grass in the back of the hotel. Though pet owners should clean up I also think hotel should make sure this has been done as well.

The mattress had a deep hole in the already worn out section of the mattress. Room was not cleaned daily. When checking in I was asked if I wanted to receive breakfast as if it would be an extra charge. No communication regarding key change.

Had a towel in my room that was dirty, hallways were very dirty and smelled, pool wasn¿t open and there was a dusty couch partially blocking access in one of the hallways to a stairwell. There was also no directory in the room.

The hotel was definitely not as nice as the pictures online were.Rooms definitely needs upgrades,you can go to the comfort inn for cheaper and its a lot nicer.

The beds were like sleeping on a cloud,and very clean place.

The fact that they rent the pool to outside peoplethat are not staying,then there is no room for paying guests to go,I feel the people renting rooms should be able to go over people walking in just for the pool...

The lady working the front desk is a lunatic and the manager is aweful as she is.

Called police and told lies. Asked my family to leave because my kids played with life preserver. Swore at my kids. No refund. Aweful place to stay nice hotel but the staff are aweful.

Very poor reception staff....no smiles or welcome whenever I came back to the hotel.... Not friendly at all.....I was never acknowledged and my greeting was rarely returned!. Very odd.....
