The home made breakfast was great and the room was small but well layer out

Newly renovated rooms, the staff was exceptionally friendly and solicitous and it is a short walk to an extensive shopping mall (with liquor outlet)

No, it met my requirements and I plan to stay there again in a couple of months

Coffee pot had old coffee in it.

The rooms were very clean and staff was very accommodating!!

The cleanliness

I got one price when booking online and when I did book, the price changed...really? A real turn off.

The room was very basic, but everything was spotless and the motel itself was quiet. It was definitely value for money for a traveller staying only a night or two while visiting Pembroke.

I love the up dates that were done to the place and can't wait to see it finished on Ithe next stay. i like the free wifi,also having a fridge mic and coffee maker in the room,and the room was big enough for two.and is was close to shopping and LCBO..We feel it was a great spot for us.

Just wish there was a hair dryer as well was going to a wedding.

Easily accessible to shopping and centrally located

Cleaning was sub par. Beds not made properly bathroom still had unhygienic traces of past guests and the neighbours banged on the wall all night long.

The hotel’s location was great and met my expectations. The bed was comfortable.

The room wasn’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell, I had to keep the windows open the whole time to air it out. Some of the other guests seemed shady, coming and going throughout the night and hanging out right outside my open window, which made me feel unsafe (and also meant no sleep due to the noise and exhaust fumes).There was also a long power outage during the first night, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., and the staff didn’t communicate or offer any help, such as providing a flashlight. Would have expected something.

I have stayed here a number of times before. It’s a no frills place. But it’s always clean and reasonable.

The blankets are very thin

No breakfast.

No queen beds available. My son saw a mouse in his room run into the radiator.

Comfortable beds

We were visiting family in Petawawa, thought motel was a bit closer than it was

Check in was easy, staff very polite, a very comfortable room and quiet on Pembroke St, paint on walls was restful colour, lots of pillows, comfortable mattress; a good size fridge for the traveller. I would stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like. All good!

Great location close to the town centre, near shopping plaza and Heritage Centre. Very quiet room at the back of the motel. Very clean room and nice towels. Nice person at the reception. Also reasonable price.

I wish there were 2 pillows per person as we got just one per person. Also one chair only and I wish there were two. Parking could be improved as partly gravel partly asphalt. Motel goes through some renovations so there were some construction materials left near our parking spot. Perhaps it will be cleaned up when renovation is over.

There was no plug for the bathtub to have a bath.
