Pros +
- spacious breakfast accommodations
- nice beds
- Breakfast Clean room
Cons -
- clock radio not working, no maintenance on staff to find batteries
- strange smell in 4 th floor hallway..garbage truck bin pickup by our windows at 5:50am waking us all up
- Asking the person at the desk to let me in the pool area was kind of annoying because there was only 1 person working. She had a line. I wish I could just use my card to enter.

Clean quiet super comfy bed
The cleanliness was fantastic...service of staff was awesome...parking was great ! Lots of room
Rooms are very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly.
The room was clean, spacious. The bathroom was clean. TV and WiFi worked very well. Breakfast was good and there was a choice of hot food. The hotel was really quiet. Location was perfect, next to the main highway and in front of Irving Big Stop.
overbooked and after a two hour drive to get there, had to find other accommodations nearby that were not fit for humans.
should never be involved with companies that overbook. With computers as efficient as they are, never should thar happen.
Clean, good breakfast
Pool was too cold
The hotel was very nice, clean, new, great.
The breakfast was not very good compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have been to. I would give the breakfast a 4/10. It was a little better than an Econolodge breakfast.
