Les Suites Hotel Ottawa

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great. I ask to change room. And hotel employee at the front desk did very amicably.

Coming form a medium size town, I find the location VERY noisy.

Rooms are great Separate bedroom and kitchen. Location to Rideau and byward market

My room smelled like incense The elevators very slow The parking garage was EXPENSIVE, very tight and not heated. We had a noise complaint when we were 7 adults in a room just talking. Not partying. very frustrating. Soundproofing is an issue.

Le ménage est bien fait, comme pas de moisissure dans la salle de bain, mais il y a vraiment un manque sur le grand ménage car bcp de poussière sur les murs, cerné de crasse derrière la porte de la salle de bain, le tapis sale, mauvaise odeur en entrant

The two bed/two bathroom room was perfect for our family.

Constant line ups for the elevators, there were only three and staff were using them as well. The pool was very small and shut down over 24hrs during our stay, the hot tub that was in the pictures when we booked was no longer there.

Good location and nice layout of suites.

Just a couple minor items. A/C was confusing to get working. In kitchen, consider bigger drinking glasses, wash brushes, salt & pepper, and moderate-sized serving utensils.

The hotel had a large modern two bedroom suite for my family and we were in the heart of downtown, close to everything.

The hotel could have had better soundproofing, nighttimes was very loud and difficult to sleep as a result. The elevators were very slow and it looked like one was always out of service.

Housekeeping has to spend little bit more time on cleaning lots of dust from construction

Great hotel, friendly staff

Only problem is the neighborhood, as it's next to a shelter, so it's a little unsafe to walk at night.

Polite, helpful staff, fast internet, central location, lovely large super king size bed, great facility, overall a great experience, recommend to any one looking for a pleasant stay in Ottawa

None what so ever

The staff are amazing.

Bit noisy due to renovating of the 4th floor, but they are making improvements, obviously.

Having a full suite with all necessities built in. Like a home away from home.

Mattress was not super comfortable. Also flat sheet on mattress moved around, exposing mattress. I would prefer a fitted sheet. There was no sauna, or hot tub.

It was everything needed that right down to the Salt and Pepper.. creamers in the fridge ..everything was so perfect.. I will definitely be going back again soon

Not really I can't complain about anything I didn't use the pool as I forgot so I cannot comment on the pool but I'll be going back soon

- - The water drain was clogged when I took my first shower.when I called, they fixed it. - I saw insect like bed bug in the washroom, and Iam worrying if another one stuck in my stuff then I grab it to my home
