Pros +
- The hotel was fine, clean, the shower worked well. The tv, microwave and frig were great. The staff we lovely. And it was quiet.
- Everything was close, shopping, restaurant, etc, I will be back for sure
- Renovated bathroom and the fact that it was close to the highway
Cons -
- Was surprised at the $100 deposit. I was not aware of that. Would have liked to be on the main floor. Did not realize there was not elevator. But we had no complaints.
- Not that I can think of
- Noisy, the room lacked soundproofing, we could hear barking dogs and people shouting in the corridor late at night

Friendly reception, clean room and adequate parking facility.
Only tissues in Kleenex box Slippery bathtub. Needs protective mat.
Close to where I needed to be & a great free hot breakfast! Friendly staff too!
clean, convenient location, quiet room
It was clean.
The bed was hard, the couch was hard, the internet did not work, the instructions on the phone to call down to front desk were wrong and we had someone knocking on our door in the middle of the night covering the peephole 3 different times.
The hotel has microwave and mini refrigerator and TV. It is clean and nice. The staff is friendly. The best is it offers free breakfast and free parking.
The WIFI connection is very very slow. We were not able to search the places we wanted to visit in Ottawa.
The location was perfect for what I was needing.
Bathroom had never been cleaned and unable to connect to intranet. Left over soap and filthy tub from previous guests. I have been coming to this same hotel for 5 years and will have to re-think if I will be returning next year. Rather disappointed. :(
Breakfast poorly organized , small area, lots of people , nowhere to seat Breakfast included but we couldn't have it
Poor location. Dark. Sub par room. Noisy. Truckers warm up their rigs in parking lot too early in morning.
We have stayed for a long period of time in the Comfort Inn in Belleville , Ontario and the hotel was much much better than this one. Service in Belleville was impeccable compare to this one.
Breakfast is included...not more than 2 slices of bacon. Had to go see the front desk to asked to go see the breakfast attendant to give us some more. The corridors were dirty, but rooms were clean, bathtubs are really old.
Very comfortable. Staff was nice and we had waffles for breakfast!
The bathtub
location was good
roon was dirty. it was too expensive to have a dirty room. dirty sheets. dirty tub. really small towels.
