Pros +

of course the price is the main draw...but with very little extra work the facilities could be vastly improved. On-site propriator was kind and helpful, and on line assistant was also very helpful

Cons -

Yes there is no AC it’s hot like hell inside. And even you call to let the staff know that you can’t sleep without AC before you clock in,they say no refund so it’s like stealing money and they steal my money.
smashed front door should be fixed immediately. The door to the lower corridor also heavily damaged. Various items left lying about which looks messy. Bathroom is very unappealing... mild bleach solution on the moldy walls absolutely necessary
