Spacious and clean and bright.

There was coffee machine and kettle in your room. For people who arrive late be nice to have one free coffee or a tea bag there such that you can have a coffee in the AM. Small item but would have been nice. Loved the hotel

Great area if you like fancy dinner spots and brisk walks

No house keeping but there is washer and dryer in the rooms

Concierge was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.

I would have preferred staying in a room at higher level instead of mezzanine.

Good location, especially with on site parking ($16, worth it). Central to everywhere we had to go.

Bathroom sliding door to master bedroom is a bit wonky, it would be better to be sound proof.

It was conveniently located. It hd perfect parking. The concierge gentleman was super helpful. It was quiet and clean.

The water controls In shower were faulty and water was just barely cool enough to shower It would not give cold water

Not sure if we'll stay at this hotel again.The bed in "our" room was really BAD.Old or damaged.Mattress reminded me a Crater....

Clean. Very comfortable bed. Spacious. Very good host. The Cafe Safi in the courtyard was excellent!

Only two forks, no sharp knife, no scissorsThe constant noise of the garage door opening and closing at least a hundred or more times a day was not great as the unit is directly above the garage door for the whole building.

Comfortable, spacious apartment. Good location, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good connectivity.

The location to what I needed was good.

I hated that the bedding and pillow smelled of the previous guest’s. My foot got cut on the bottom of the bed. Bedside table had dried rice and fingerprints.

Beautiful property, clean, new, great layout.

1. The suit no 801 creates a knocking sound at the roof randomly and it creates severe disturbance. 2. The concierge ppl are seldom available at their desk during their duty hour without any notice. Totally unacceptable. 3. The suit no 1905 does not have kitchen tissue. 4. The lights suddenly turn off for both bathrooms. The emergency numbers are uselss and ppl answer those has no clue. The owner of Soho Should be fair to its customers and Should provide minimum facilities that are available even at home.

Disappointing

Random Mechanical sound comes out at the middle of night. Very annoying. Suit 1905 did not have kitchen tissue. The staff at concierge were not available at their desks.
