The room size, the location, the breakfast, the front desk staff and the price. And something that is always important to us ~ our room was very quiet.
To be honest, the aesthetic of the hotel does not provide a very good first impression ~ the property is dated and could certainly use some updates. However, everything is clean & functional and overall we had a very positive experience. We would definitely choose to stay again.

Very comfortable and well stocked. The breakfast was amazing with everything you could want. The close proximity to the downtown and the university where we visited our granddaughter. No need for a car as all was within a short walking distance.

The location is great at centre town
The room was at the busiest floor. Weird location in front of cleaning area. Room cleaning service was not consistent as a cleaning person used the computer in the room.
This spot is perfect for the working professional who wants to unwind after work and enjoy the local scene.The hotel is right above a popular billiards bar, which shouldn’t really get in the way of your work. Plus, there are plenty of quiet spots and lounges in the hotel where you can focus, and a Happy Goat coffee shop is just a short 1.5-block walk away.By the time I left, one of the front desk receptionists (big shoutout to Willa!) would know to open the doors for me when I got back to the hotel. Friendly staff, well-kept hotel/communal spaces, spacious room in the perfect location - what more could you ask for?
The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of breakfast food, hot and cold. They even had a bag with water and a snack to take away for later in the day.
I found my bed was too soft.

Very busy at breakfast with not enough seating
The suite had everything included in the rent. The staff was welcoming & they served fresh breakfast in the morning. Also provided free water bottles, candies & juice in breakfast lounge. The suite bed was comfortable to sleep & rest; had a good heating system.
The location of the business inn was in a great location, great staff and very clean.
My wife got a spoiled milk but those things do happen, besides that I have no complaints.

Nothing,Everything was Awesome
Location was easy to access and we loved the underground parking - no clearing snow off the car in the morning! The room was large and had every amenity we could think of, and the breakfast was wonderful.
Rooms are a little dated, but still very clean.
