The apartment suite is a good size, nicely designed and exceptionally clean. The use of the parking garage made it easy to come and go with our bikes/car.

Clean, easy check-in and check-out process, all the supplies you needed were there

Would have been nice to have 2 fobs for 2 people. Also the garage opening system was a bit odd.

Perfect for a longer stay. Liked having a kitchen.Location was awesome. Great to have underground parking.

A bit secluded at night

I got a little confused upon arrival, mostly my own fault as I arrive later in the day when no staff was on site. I don’t really think I have any complaints

Jus the excess amount of keys lost my elevator access key had to climb 16 floors almost passed out pretty pissed. One of the staff white lady kinda arrogant not the most professional in my 13 year career working in luxury n sales industry

Easy self check-in, neat and clean apartments, nice view, all the needed utilities.

Quiet. Central location.

Washing machine was broken. The heating cooling system made such a noise we were constantly woken during the night. It needs to be repaired!

Great location, a few blocks from Rideau canal, could easily get downtown on a bike. full kitchen, bedroom; clean, nice bed and pillows. Excellent shower. Nice size living area.

Elevator building and no easy access to the outside; no deck or opening windows, but sheet glass windows so can see everything. Bathroom shelf, just below mirror above sink, was detaching from the wall so couldn't use. A musky fragrance permeated the elevator, lobby and garage which was very difficult for me because I'm allergic to many fragrances.

The unit was a great size and had good quality amenities, including cookware, and the view was fantastic

The carpet in the bedroom is very mashed down and feels dirty and we found cleaning supplies on the coffee table upon check-in and the patio windows were so cloudy due to the dirt on the outside. We immediately cleaned them ourselves. We also found long and short black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

The whole property, including the garage, was clean and well kept. Room was very clean and spacious with nice view. Location was close to everything, with reasonably-priced parking on-site. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

There was no staff during the weekend, meaning you had to plan ahead or go without (for example: extra towel or the luggage cart) until Monday. The bathroom needs more hooks.

The location was great for the things I planned on my visit, and the availability of parking for a friend. The building and the apartment were spotlessly clean, and the amenities, kitchen, bathroom bedroom closet pretty good. The living room sofa was comfortable, and the floor to ceiling windows made the place bright and airy. Unlike some hotel and apartment suites, there was a nice big coffee table in front of the sofa.

The lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom made sleeping difficult, and I finally had to improvise with something of my own.Bathroom lighting, particularly above the sink and vanity was very dim.The images of the suite I booked showed a small dining table with regular height chairs. Instead the suite ended up having just a breakfast counter with stools that were uncomfortably too tall for the counter. (They were bar stools, instead of counter stools.)

Location and convenience

Would like more frequent recycle removals and more frequent soap for laundry and dishes as well as coffee pods. Otherwise everything was great

Great location, walking distance from downtown and many restaurants. I like the view from the living room

The bedroom was a little small.

Spectacular unit with ample space

My AC wasn’t working. The fridge was buzzing and about to fail. There were towel racks ripped off the wall (not by me) and weren’t replaced. Pillows could be better. The door to the stairs was adjacent and was slamming all the time, it needs to have a softer close.

A nice apartment which had everything I needed for my stay. The views were great and the location was convenient to everything I needed.

While nicely appointed, the unit felt a little “worn” - some cupboards didn’t closer properly, broken window blind, etc. I didn’t receive all the information for check-in, so was a little confused when I first arrived. I was also charged an additional “accommodation tax”, which while fair, should have been captured in the Booking.com total. I have used Booking.com a lot and never experienced a discrepancy between the quoted price and what I paid.

Plumbing problems in the building resulted in reverberation in the pipes. Very loud ruining sleep. Very limited dish ware and silverware for an extended stay. Windows were very dirty and need to cleaned.

The apartment was lovely. We had an amazing city view with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows. Our location could not have been any better. It was a 12 minute walk to the parliament buildings, Rideau Canal, Chateau Laurier, Bank of Canada, Byward Market and the mall. There was several grocery stores within minutes of our location and many restaurant choices as well.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about this property. It had everything we wanted and needed.

Very comfortable with nearly full kitchen. The place looks very modern and has a washing machine and dryer included in the unit :)

No kitchen towels at first, difficult to make the room fully dark at night. Missing basic ingredients like spices and oil for cooking.
