Best Western Plus Orangeville Inn & Suites

The road was too loud, even with the fan on and noise cancelling headphones. The window unit also does not have a temperature set on it. So I was too cold, then was sweating hot. I was woken up in the middle of the night multiple times.

Very clean , Great service

bathroom fan came out from the ceiling and hanging above the toilet. Already informed the hotel.

Location and staff were excellent. Prompt greeting when we arrived. Our stay was very good.

Room had a bit of wear on the walls (wallpaper was peeling in one area). Room was very clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room had seating area for visiting with other family members staying at the same hotel. Excellent breakfast included.

The customer service of the front end staff were great. Housekeeping didn't clean my room after two reminders in one day, and a lady from the front end ended up doing their job because they had left.

My first room had around 200 baby ants in it swarmed together. They switched our room so everything was fine there. Then the next day I asked two separate times of the day for my room to be cleaned and both times it didn't get done.

Great location, clean and very good hot breakfast

The room was great. Clean with lots of pillows and other amenities. Good location. The lobby was really nice too. So was the dining area.

The hot tub was not working. That was very disappointng since that is one of the 2 reasons we picked this hotel. The second reason we picked it was for the "full breakfast" which was below standard. The eggs were overdone, the meats were not appetizing.

The gym and pool are excellent

Bedsheets were stained and mattress sheet was ripped. Corners in bathroom were dirty with hair. The room was very loud with traffic as well as next to the dining area.

Clean, modern, attractive, breakfast and wifi included, only real option in the area

Rooms that are odd-numbered face the highway and windows are inadequately sound-proofed

Very clean, excellent condition, quite modern, not run down in any way. Felt very exclusive.

Nothing at all to mention.

No surprises. Easy check in. Great parking. Great Boston pizza next door. Great full breakfast with fresh fruit.

Clean rooms, good service

Parking was a little difficult due to a jazz festival at hotel, hotel rate high, not a lot of competition in area

Pricing. Because of limited options in the area, price was a bit steep.

Appearance was very nice

Would liked it to have been cheaper for a Sunday night in February
