Exceptionally better than I thought. Wonderful staff! Excellent for a location off of the Bruce Trail. Amazing added touches, like locally-made soap. Very clean, warm. Newly renovated. Awesome price for what we got. Highly recommend!!

Just on the outskirts of Niagara on the lake, easy to get to. Nice clean room with balcony.Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was adequate. Would be nice to have a choice of eggs (not just scrambled ). Water pressure was very high...could hear showers/toilets from rooms above all night.

The location very quiet with view of Niagara River. I appreciate the inn was very historic and restored with love and quality.

The decor was beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. The beds were great!

Everything about this little inn is excellent, from the general site facilities to the room. The staff was very helpful, the location is perfect, and the atmosphere very calm.

Property and stay was excellent. Just noisy guests in the next room.

I was the only customer during my one day stay and really enjoyed the complete quietness, also because of the location, far from traffic and noise. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and well put together. Free WiFi and parking. Great experience.

Breakfast variety can be better. We had high expectations due to to property look and altitude, but it was a bit disappointing

Enjoyed the quaint ambiance and cozy home feel. The morning breakfast was incredible and they catered to all our needs.

Didn’t mind where it was nestled but could see it as a drawback as 10-15 minutes to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls the other way.

Close to town by car. Quiet location. Historical.

Could use better wi-fi and smart TV. We had three teens and nothing to watch. Could not stream.

About 20 min away from NOTL downtown so must have a car. 2 min walk from the lake

Excellent breakfast. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The common area was large and had a refrigerator and pantry that was very handy.

It was a bit far from amenities in Niagra-on-the-Lake but there was a nice bike route into town if you didn’t want to drive everywhere.

Due to dietary laws we could not partake of much of the breakfast, however, there was delicious yogurt.and fresh brewed coffee, and while we were not able to eat the French eggs, baked French toast with compote, cream cheese and maple syrup and sausage rolls, it was a feast for our eyes.

If we could have stayed another night

Very cute and picturesque. We only had a weekend to vacation this summer and this was it. We feel as satisfied as we could. Breakfast was 5 star: The Inn looks like that of one of my favourite W movies. Live the book theme throughout. We will be returning again for sure!

Quiet location. Comfortable bed, clean smart lounge area.

A bit impersonal didn't have a BnB vibe.

The location was very convenient to the Falls and other shops/amenities in Canada. Staff was very helpful, informational, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable.

The noise in the middle of the night from coyotes/fox. It would have been nice to have an elevator to transport my bags, but not an important issue.
