The location, parking and it the motel had a lot of charm to it.

The bed was a little hard and the pillows could be better. Wish their was a better mix of hard and soft pillows. Also a in room microwave compared to the pantry would be preferred.

Great find in great location! Incredibly hospitable and helpful staff. We were there in a day when the kitchen is closed but I heard the food is wonderful!

    Nothing!

    The staff were very accommodating

The room we received was not the Delux Queen that I paid for as advertised on booking.com. There was no fireplace and only two uncomfortable chairs. The room was dark and the air conditioner was old and noisy. It was not good value for the price we paid.

We were lucky to be given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is a nice room with veranda if you are choosing yourself. Access was also provided to a microwave, a small mini fridge and pantry with a limited number of kitchen supples. If you like a retro style, this is a good value place to stay for the money.

Such a cute little motel. The room had a beautiful cathedral ceilings and a fireplace. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. We got coffee and lattes in the morning and the ham and cheese pinwheel was delicious.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, situation, plenty of parking.

Signage to locate the property could be better.Reliance on texts to give useful information ( not everyone checks for texts every few minutes. Where possible written information on old fashioned paper is better.)

Location between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. History in area

Coffee was nice would like to have muffins (don’t mind paying)

The coffee and food at the lounge are amazing! The staff were very friendly. The spot is very decompressing (despite a pretty loud concert across the river at Artpark, our first night,) and we came home rested and rejuvenated.

The AC unit is pretty loud. We didn't need it most of the time, but that might be a bit problematic on hot summer nights.

    there was no comp breakfast

fireplace turned offno privacy screen on balconyno microwave in room

The patio of our room was great! The room was very clean and the kitchen stuff in pantry was also very useful.

When I was making the payment, it was shown like $186 + tax, but after the payment I realized it was around $250, including unnoticeable charges.

Loved the staff and the lounge area. We tried the tea with lavender syrup, cappuccino and croissants. Yummy! Excellent experience.

The entire experience at the Kent Motel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to any traveler!

    Everything was exceptional!

Love the tucked away location, a break from touristy Niagara Falls. Close to blue space and green space. Great cozy retro/stylish feel. Cute café. Sunday AM outdoor yoga was a treat. Very close to a destination charger.

    Norhing!

Eco friendly, large room, comfortable beds, supports local, pretty surroundings, and quiet location. Very friendly staff and an efficient in and out system

    No coffee maker in room.

    9TeriPosted on: 7-18-2025

The property is stylish and exceptionally clean.

The a/c cycled on and off very loudly, and regularly.

    10ShelleyPosted on: 6-30-2025

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet, lovely balcony, a lounge area for everyone on the bottom floor. The motel is in a quiet residential area halfway between Niagara and Niagara on the Lake. We could relax after a day of tours/wine tours. We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The a/c is a little loud but otherwise we have no complaints or concerned.
