- Location
- We stayed on level 10 and the view of Niagara Falls was beautiful, even more gorgeous at night with the color lights. Walking distance to the falls, restaurants, shops and games rooms area.
- The view from my room.
Cons -
- No bathrobes in the suites. As a mom of 2 the little things that add to my relaxation matters.
- On the last day all standards dropped. There were no staff working in the kitchens or table waiting for breakfast buffet. Anyone paying in advance lost out completely and had to find alternative arrangements. No real explanation was given.
- The staff at front desk were rude The extra expenses for valet were too much. $80 a day to valet is ridiculous. We were not told about extra ?taxes? of 15 a day!!!
