- The front desk clerk that checked me in around 5pm was very welcoming and accompanied
- It was the worst experience! They had bed bugs and cockroaches.? they refused to refund me.

Cons -
- When I checked in they told me to let the shower run for 15 minutes that way the hot water worked in the shower. I ran it for 15-20 minutes and the hot water never came on. Also the light bulb in my room went out leaving my bathroom without lighting.
- Everything! Horrible staff and bed bugs!
- The jacuzzi tub what not like the one pictured. In the picture it showed a 4 person tub, actual tub was a small 2 person tub.
