50% of the TV channels were either blank or scrambled. There were no coffee makers in the room or in the office. There were no glasses in the rooms for taking pills or drinking anything. A $200 security deposit was added to the room and was not necessary.

The staff was friendly, acoomodating, and willing to go above, and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

My only complaint about the room is that the heat had not been turned on before our arrival, so we walked into a freezing cold room, that took several hours to heat up, once we got in.

The fridge was very loud and kept me up most of the night. Hotel clerk didn't understand what I was asking. Pool area was not taken care of.

NOTHING GOOD! Blood on the linens, urine in carpet, carpet was sticky, bugs in carpet, walls were sticky, room would not secure because window would not lock. We advised the owner and she would not provide a refund. She wasn't even surprised by the issues

Low cost convenient to where my friend lives and he and his wife have 7 long hair cats and I can't breath and I and walk there if five minutes

The location was near the major attraction.

The room seems unmaintained. There were wire that's exposed and running against the wall. The carpet had dust visible on it.

Very affordable, great location near the falls and entertainment, Jacuzzi included, Wi-Fi!

The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. Even though our room was next to Lundy Lane it was quiet. The location was great for getting to the falls quickly. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay here again.

There was a couch, toilet and something else dumped the first night we were there. Simply frightening.

Yes.It was filthy. It smelled. The first night there was a fight across the street. I actually feared for my families safety. Our feet were completely black after walking on the carpet. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was fairly clean and it was a short drive to Niagara Falls and Marineland. We will definetly stay at this hotel again.
