The Ritz Inn Niagara is only a few minutes' walk from Fallsview Casino and the Skylon Tower. Clifton Hill, featuring numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options is also easily accessible. Guests at the Ritz Inn will find in-room microwaves and refrigerators. Horseshoe Falls are 0.6 mi away. The WEGO Ride to Fun bus passes this property en route to the Scotia Conference Center.

- The location. Staff were friendly
- Nothing room smelled like mold!!! Ceiling had mold on it!
- It was clean and the staff was friendly
Cons -
- It was very dirty and run down.? it needs a lot of work and our room was filthy.
- Mold on ceiling! Smelled of dog and mold! Ceiling has mold! I told the manager he got very aggressive and I showed him pictures! I made him come into the room and he didn¿t even look at it!
- It was outdated and poorly decorated. It is close to the falls but the inn brings a lot of unsavory people¿smoking outside around all the doorways. And the pool was not in service!
