Comfort Inn Newmarket - Aurora

Yes they gave our room away when we got there. We were furious. My friend and I who stay at this hotel at least once a month always book a double non smoking room. We ended up with a king and pull out couch. Not what we paid for. Not happy at all.

While the air flow noise from the HVAC system was expected, it was a little louder than hotels with a similar rating. There was also a loud whining noise after a while, which made it difficult to sleep.

Location

I?ve stayed many times at this hotel and location and this is the first time the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was terrible and needed to be replaced.

Clean, modernized room with an exceptionally great breakfast which was included with the cost of the room

Arrived for early check-in for a wedding but was unable to check in due to a computer system failure. The staff was poor at conveying to the the waiting clients why they had to wait for a half hour before anyone explained why they were kept waiting.

Clean room. Quiet setting. Linens on bed good quality.

Older hotel. NO ELEVATOR TO SECOND FLOOR. Had to carry all my own luggage up long set of stairs. I?m 70 years old. This should have been advised when I checked in.

Only analog tv channels, breakfast buffet not on par with other hotels of similar category.

The hotel was so clean, my room felt like I was the first one to use it. I actually asked the front desk how old the hotel was To my surprise older then I thought. Breakfast was great , beds and pillows comfortable . Price was good too.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The staff allowed our hockey team to utilize the breakfast area to socialize.

Quiet location, easy parking.

No elevator to second floor. Extremely small breakfast area & limited seating, if any when busy. Room had no hand soap, half empty water bottle found inside fridge.

The location was perfect for why we were there. Room was a comfortable size.

Check in person wasn¿t welcoming, and was a little difficult.

When we arrived, we noticed that all entrances/doors were closed except for one. When we got to the front desk, we were yelled at for coming in the wrong door. We couldn't believe our ears! Garbages were overflowing and beds were not made! The girl

Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but very good.

Very noisy from the next room until early in the morning. A party going on with shouting and evidence of drinking, smoking etc. Very inconsiderate people.
