Right next to Cousins Steakhouse. Excellent food there.

Fitness center still closed after 16 months of renovation.

Breakfast was goodthe rooms were newly renovated and clean, and the pool was lovely for my children.

Fact that we were not able to change dates and so paid for rooms that just stayed empty

The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities.

THE BREAKFAST! I've never in my life been more disappointed in a hotel breakfast. They had some toast, bagels and cereal but the hot breakfast portion was GREY breaded chicken cutlets (YES CHICKEN) with baked brown beans and the most tasteless eggs. Gros

Rooms clean, hallway quiet, elevators quiet and smooth. Great sized walk-in shower, plus-sized husband fit comfortably.

We were with a large group comprised of 3-4 teams for a competition and breakfast ran out within minutes of opening. All teams needed to be out of the hotel by 7:30 and had to scramble to find food for the rest. Also still under construction.

The construction area and entry through the rear. Was totally confused by the Fairfield by Marriot sign on the building and no "Newmarket Hotel and Suites" sign, even though street address was correct.

Price

The rooms are new and beautiful. As this hotel is under renovation into a new brand, it would have been helpful to have a sign outside indicating the current brand it is operating as, to show where the temporary lobby is.

Staff

During construction, there is nowhere to sit except in one's room. There is no guide for the TV.

There is a construction going on outside but overall, everything is good. the staff in the front desk is nice and accomodating. food is good too. the rooms are clean and smells good. we always stay here everytime we are in the city

the entrance is small but it's okay

The room was very clean, except for the pillows. They need a little bit of refreshing. The location is perfect. Close to the main road and a short distance from the Hwy.

The entrance and the breakfast room was not clean due to their construction.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out went smoothly.

Hardly and water pressure I don¿t know if that was due to the construction.

The inside and room was nice but the outside looked a little abandoned because there was construction going on

Construction

Some rooms are renovated and the decor is nice for this level of hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable .

Warning: under MAJOR renos. Front of hotel looked like a demo zone. No access to most of the amenities. Open: tiny breakfast nook w/ few seats, small makeshift lobby in the back, room floor and the elevator. Your room window may be covered in plastic.

Bedding, bathroom overall room was clean. Especially appreciated Kureg in room for convenient coffee.

No curtains. Room only had a sheer blind which does not block sun. Curtains not designed to close. Please install full curtain rod so curtains can be closed. Brakfast served literally made me vomit. All items contained excessive fat and much sugar.

No lounge for drinks. No place to sit outside

High quality finiahinga and linens; very comfortable. Really liked the USb plug in by bed and, even though building is under construction. Air quality in room was really clear and eating area was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The staff;

This hotel is under new ownership and is the midst of major renovations. The renovations to the room I had were exceptional. The hotel is in a very convenient location for my needs.

Because of the renovations the breakfast room was very small and the selection minimal. I would assume in the future this will change.
